Martian Shipping Policy
Martian Toys is a space faring designer toy production company bringing out of this world art to your earth dwelling. As you might guess, transporting these precious works across the galaxy can sometimes have issues. Stray comet, wrong planet, held at the intergalactic customs etc.
After countless efforts at launching these items through space successfully we’ve put together our policy for how best to ensure your toys arrive at your doorstep and not a steaming pile of space junk. Let’s start with the info about our ship hub.

Mistakes in your order? Missing pieces, incorrect items, and defective toys all are occasional occurrences. Sometimes we have trouble translating your requests into our native alien language or we’ve just made mistake cause being an alien is totally intense so let us know as soon as you can and we can work to get things sorted! Large Orders are the best and it’s super fun to run around the store picking out all the things you chose and we loves it! Only thing is that when we put together a whole bunch with an array of items can cause delay in finding ship boxes that fit all the cool boxes your toys come in.
For this same reason we occasionally have shipping costs that do not match what our automatic system estimates due to the sheer size of some toys versus their weight. Please don’t be offended or surprised by an email requesting further shipping balance.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Delivery Notice
We can only do so much when shipping our packages as our alien crew doesn’t carry each one to your door. Other forces have their hands and tentacles on your package no matter what we do so occasionally packages may arrive damaged, or not arrive at all! Here’s what to do straight away!
- Keep an Eye on your Tracking Number. After we slap a label on, you will automatically receive a confirmation email w/ tracking
- Tracking says Delivered but Nothing in your Hands? Some services require a specific delivery guarantee. Sometimes a driver can’t quite get to you in that window so they will mark you package delivered but will try and deliver in the next 48 hours or so. We suggest waiting a lil longer before blowing the whistle just in case.
- Contact USPS Missing Mail Service. There’s a newer service offered where your local post will search their hub for your missing parcel. Find that HERE
- No Luck with Missing Mail? File a Proper Claim HERE . Reference your confirmation email to assist in filing a claim properly
- Theft or Heavily Damaged? Snap photos of damaged boxes, ransacked packages etc. before opening and during the unboxing email to email@example.com
We love our collectors and want to continue shipping great toys all over your planet. To keep this option open we’ve had to instate standard policies for where and how we ship.
- First Class International is the cheapest shipping method available and comes with some risk. There is no international tracking so once your parcel leaves the US it’s out of our hands and up to the cosmos to get it to your front door. In many cases we’ve outlawed certain countries from even using this method and will not be available upon checkout if your country happens to be one on our list. In many countries thought digital tracking is unavailable, the same tracking number may be able to be researched at your countries local post and you can get possibly get an update in store. Martian Toys claims zero liability for any delays, damage, or loss of packages when using this method. SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK
- Priority / Express International are preferred for all international shipments. This method includes customs forms, insurance, and an expedited shipping time frame. Those are more thorough and require more details to ship correctly so please ensure your address is complete and phone and email included. If you are not prompted to include a phone number at checkout please reach out and get us that info to aid in getting your package to you.
Preorder items are exactly that. They are not physically at our hub quite yet though they will be shortly and are available for purchase with fulfillment beginning when they arrive. Some of these items are still being made, some are made but en route to us, and some are actually made to order. if you purchased other ready to ship items along with a preorder item, by default we hold all items to ship once the Presale pieces are in hand. We do our best to gauge the time frame but there are plentiful hiccups that can cause a delay in an estimated ship date so please be patient with us :)
