Leaning over a tough spot to finish their masterpiece, the street punk slips on some slime and falls into the bubbling glowing ooze gripping his spray paint tight. Charging up onto the shore moments later, smoking and bubbling. flash bang boom, Radioactive Spray Can Mutant.
